Since our beginnings in 1992, Scribes Digital Print Ltd have become a leading provider of Digital & Litho print solutions in the UK. Starting from a small retail outlet on Newland Avenue in Hull, company Director Carl Morton was taught the basics of putting ink onto paper using an Adana Letterpress, he was mentored by Charlie Tock who had worked in the industry since the 1960’s. Over the years Carl was taught letterpress, single colour litho and an abundance of print finishing techniques by Charlie and today he shares his knowledge with the production and customer care team at Scribes Digital HQ.
Realising the importance of fast turnaround printing we were one of the first companies to purchase full colour digital equipment which has allowed us to supply printing to our clients with much faster turnaround times, hitting deadlines was a key factor in the overall growth of the business and today we still invest heavily in the latest equipment to ensure we never let you down.
With great demand from our customers, we also introduced our workwear department, which has gone from strength to strength, so the next obvious move for us as a business was to introduce our promotional range.
We continuously strive to ensure that we lead the way in todays current trends, always having our customers requirements at the forefront. We invest heavily in bringing some of the latest printing and print finishing machinery into our production facility to allow us to offer a wide range of products to small and large clients alike.
